Seeda Japanese Fusion – Authentic & Flavorful Japanese Cuisine in Lago Vista, TX

10/10 This place is my favorite. The chili chicki is my personal favorite. Especially bc of the spice! I keep going back and getting it Instead of trying something new bc it’s so good. . I’ve also gotten their miso, chicken gyoza and karagge. All amazing! I will always be back!

This place is just incredible. The gentlemen working there was kind and polite. The food was so much better than what we had expected from a food truck. I wish the spicy option was spicier... but the catsu chicken was fried so very well. The hot and sour soup was surprisingly spicy and delicious. I'd never had hot and sour soup before but now I'm hooked! Can't wait to visit this place again!

portion to price ratio is some of the best in Austin, could easily turn this into 2 meals. lot of vegetarian options and my only wish is they put more sauce because it was so good. the salad hit, the tofu and the rice hit. altogether great experience. we had live music and the other food trucks are great too!

Delish Japanese chicken katsu, udon noodles, salad! Generous portions and freshly made hibiscus tea hit the spot! Loved their strawberry cheesecake too!

If you’re looking for delicious, authentic Japanese food from a friendly local spot, this food truck is an absolute must try! The team here is so welcoming and kind, they make you feel like family every time you stop by. Their chicken teriyaki is hands-down the best I’ve had. The portion is super generous, easily enough to share with someone or save more for another time and their sauces are perfectly sweet and savory and some spicy ones It’s one of those comfort meals you’ll crave again and again. The Takoyaki (Deep fried ball-shaped cake with diced octopus. Topped with fish flakes, green onions and sesame seeds. It comes with 5 big pieces and is soooo good, I definitely recommend getting that if you come here! But my personal favorite is the Seeda Spicy Soup, which their take on hot & sour soup. It’s packed with soft tofu, enoki mushrooms, bamboo slenders, green onions, egg, and crispy fried garlic, all in a rich, flavorful broth that has the perfect amount of spice. It’s warming, satisfying, and so unique! Everything is made fresh, with care, love and you can really taste the quality in every bite. Whether you’re grabbing lunch or looking for a cozy dinner, this food truck always hits the spot. I definitely recommend coming out and supporting this amazing local gem, your taste buds will thank you!

SOOOOO GOOOOD! Both the food and the service are great! Kimchi fried dumplings are amazing! Sauce for the fried tofu made me love fried tofu!!! And the chicken teriyaki…. I literally had to fight a bee off because he was determined to finish my food for me! And the one pic I didn’t include was my hibiscus drink but rest assured it too is the TNT!!! this is quite literally some of the best food I’ve ever had. Prices are very reasonable considering the quality of food and how difficult some of it can be to prepare. Wait time has never been crazy. I always get the chicken katsu and it’s to die for. The owner is insanely sweet and will remember you if you come around enough. It’s so good that I try my best to get it a few times whenever I’m visiting, no matter what (I live in TX but go to college in another state). It’s also located in a food truck park with some nice shaded seating! Highly recommend !!!!

Absolutely AMAZING Japanese fusion food! The tofu katsu was delicious and so was the veggie gyoza! The breading on the tofu katsu was perfect and super crunchy. The gyoza also have a nice crispy skin that is so satisfying to eat. The katsu sauce was very tasty and the rice was cooked to perfection. Also the portion size was impressive for the price!
